We have a new dance class happening at ADVANCE. Becky Hedlund and I wanted to start a class that would help us get fit, have fun and provide support to each other. Kristie Ching, a former staff at ADVANCE is volunteering to lead us in a Zumba class twice weekly. We meet in the break room at the Center on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:45 and rock it out for 30 minutes. We are having fun and getting fit at the same time! We are also learning nutritional and fitness tips along the way. The past 2 weeks we have been focusing on drinking 8 glasses of water every day. Everyone is welcome, come check it out!
