Prairie View Fact Sheet

*  We currently have 6 people living here, 3 guys and 3 girls. 2 receive day services and 2 work at the  
    center, 2 at Larson’s, and 1 person working in the community as well.

* Duties within Prairie View:  cooking, cleaning, laundry personal cares, med administration, etc. 

* A Typical Day
          * We cook supper each night and try to be as healthy as possible
          * We assist people with Activities of Daily Living- Cooking, Cleaning, laundry, personal cares, medical administration, etc.
          * We do a lot of activities, whether in house or in the community.

* On the weekend:
          * We: play basketball, go to concerts, watch movies, go bowling, play pool, exercise, go the              lake, really like to be outside!

* Within Prairie View:  We work hard and have fun, we are a go-go-go house.  Prairie View wants a      healthy (non-stressful) environment.  We are here for the people supported who are all
          individuals with their own set of needs. We value teamwork & respect.
